S2 Farmhouse is another Tactus residence that continues the ethos of S1—rooted in earthy materials like lime plaster, Alwar stone, and wood, and shaped by a gentle, low-key architectural language. Soft curves are woven into the massing and detailing, allowing the architecture to feel more sensual, fluid, and quietly expressive.
Organized around a northern courtyard and a southern lawn, the home opens its living spaces to greenery on both sides, embracing a slow, seamless indoor–outdoor lifestyle.

Spanning 12,000 sq ft, the house is arranged in a T-shape to preserve four large existing trees on the site. One arm of the T addresses the courtyard; the other extends toward the southern lawn. The ground floor accommodates two bedrooms, a study, living and dining spaces, and a kitchen, while the upper level hosts three bedrooms and a family lounge, each with generous balconies framing openness and views. On the terrace, the gym and yoga pavilion sit quietly under the canopy of an existing tree, creating a private, meditative zone that feels immersed in nature and touches the forested surroundings.
Light, nature-inspired tones, beige floors, traditional shutters and pergolas, and a garden of native species reinforce the home’s calm and understated character. Throughout, a sense of gentle luxury emerges from the generosity of space, the bespoke joinery, and the use of natural materials such as lime plaster, Alwar stone, and Kota stone—brought together with an architectural softness that feels both grounded and deeply sensual.
